Most all of the EdenPURE Models that use the 500 Watt Sylvania bulb require three elements. For most USA manufactured models. The bulbs usually need replaced when the unit is blowing cold air, the power and temperature lights will be lit and the fan will only be blowing cold air or just lukewarm heat and never turn off.

First Unplug the unit!  The bulbs can be accessed by removing the back plastic panel of the heater,  then remove the metal panel that houses the fan and circuit board.  The 500 Watt bulbs will then be visible.
